George T. McLaughlin, PMP, CCM

George McLaughlin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), and CA licensed General Contractor (2000-2013) with over 35 years of experience in engineering, operations and construction management. His expertise includes a wide range of complex engineering and construction projects in the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, high technology and energy industries. Mr. McLaughlin provides comprehensive worldwide program, project and construction management support to contractors, owners, and major subcontractors. He is a specialist in the execution and project management of large, complex and difficult projects. In addition to providing complex project, engineering and construction management support on domestic and international projects, Mr. McLaughlin has assisted clients with dispute avoidance, complex construction claims, project disputes and litigation and arbitration assistance. Mr. McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Science degree in Engineering from The Catholic University of America, and an Executive MBA from Wharton School/University of Pennsylvania.

Deborah (Debbie) May McLaughlin

Debbie McLaughlin has more than twenty years experience as a project and forensic consultant. McLaughlin has provided contractors with full-time onsite construction management services for many months per assignment.  As a research analyst compiles contemporaneous documents relative to subject of inquiry.  Debbie has developed and implemented training manuals and programs including a Change Order Desktop guide for an international firm She has researched key issues through contemporaneous documents and interviews, prepared chronologies that support schedule analysis and disruptions assessments, coordinated forensic efforts using a “virtual project team” execution approach, compiled source documents to support development of quantum assessments for changed work and other damages, and assembled key project documents and data from project teams on site through collection and organization of information from various project sources. Ms. McLaughlin has a Bachelor of Science in Business (cum laude) from SUNY (The State University of New York), and has completed the Texas Paralegal Certificate Program and obtained a Litigation Specialist Certificate from the University of Texas.
