  • $1 Billion+ Industrial Plant – As a member of the onsite contractor’s project management team, performed research analyses into problematic issues. These included – pre-contract representations, scope of work, schedule delay, acceleration, disruption / labor productivity and other troublesome managerial issues.
  • $150 Million Ethanol Plants (two) – As one of team leaders, coordinated forensic effort using a “virtual project team” execution approach. Organized and implemented a central web-based information management tool for all team documentation. Researched key issues through contemporaneous documents and interviews. Prepared interactive chronologies that supported schedule analysis and disruptions assessments. Identified and compiled source documents to support development of quantum assessments for changed work and other damages (delay and disruption).
  • $1 Billion Hot Rolling Mill – Provided major prime contractor with on-site full-time project and construction management services over a nine-month construction duration period. Services resulted in resolution of major managerial issues between Owner and this prime contractor during arbitration.
  • $200 Million Carbon Monoxide Plant – As one of team leaders, coordinated forensic effort. Researched key issues through contemporaneous documents and interviews. Prepared chronologies that supported schedule analysis and disruptions assessments. Prepared a comprehensive Change Order Desktop Guide as a tool for project personnel to use in preparing change order requests of most common types.
  • $150 Million Power Generation (Peaker) Plant – Supported search and analysis of contemporaneous documents in preparing to defend owner regarding litigation initiated by the general contractor. Prepared weather analysis to support detailed CPM-based schedule analysis demonstrating entitlement to delay damages.
  • Retail Shopping Complex (seven facilities) – Assisted in evaluating delay, disruption and changed work claims on these similar facilities built in three different military bases and at different times. Projects were new construction and rehabilitation.
  • Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal (grass roots) – Organized and coordinated forensic effort using a “virtual project team” execution approach. Organized and implemented a central web-based information management tool for all team documentation. Researched key issues using contemporaneous documents.
  • $200+ Million Biomass Power Plant – As team member, performed Construction Industry Institute (CII) Industrial Project Development Readiness Index (PDRI) analysis. The results of this analysis were used in expert report and testimony.
  • Cross-country Natural Gas Pipeline – Performed research, organization and analyses of key document evidence. Developed chronologies of evidence that were used in the expert report.
