  • Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal Project Claim – Performed all productivity analyses on a LNG Terminal Project Claim located in South Wales including Free Issue Material, Acceleration, Overtime, and Change / Variance Impact analyses.  Dispute was in eight figures USD.
  • Training Program – Assisted in professional training workshops covering Baselining, Planning, Scheduling / Programming, Progress Reporting, Project Management, Cost / Quantum and Claims.
  • $150 Million Ethanol Plants (two) – Performed changed work analysis and schedule analysis in support of eight figure claim.
  • Refinery, Gulf of Mexico – Assisted in the implementation of a Project Controls system.  Gathered and organized Capital Project information and documents from the EPC execution contractors on capital projects to support implementation of the project controls system.  Collaborated with planners and schedulers, management, project managers, and cost engineers.  Created and helped develop a complete and thorough database of all Capital Project control documents.
  • Project Intern, Tool Creation – Created a Project Delivery Process (PDP) cross reference tool for use by senior project consultants in future PDP development efforts.  Collaborated with President (and COO) as well as Executive Associates in the tools development project.  Presented, demonstrated, and educated the staff (10-12 people) about the tool in a Lunch-n-Learn meeting at the conclusion of the assignment.
  • Military Base Retail Shopping Complex – Evaluated contractor schedule on these similar facilities built in a military base.  Assisted in resolution of contractor appeals.
  • $1 Billion Gas-Fueled Power Generation (combined cycle) Plant – Assisted in the review of labor productivity and progress.  The owner successfully resolved the dispute.


  • Marketing – Preparation and presentation of promotional programs, materials, and presentations.
  • Project Leader – Worked with eight individuals in a University of Texas business course competition (400+ students) and was chosen as one of the winners.  Was Involved in every step of the process from Brainstorming, creating a Business Plan, enacting the Plan, Designing the booth, and Presenting the “invention” to possible investors and entrepreneurs
